CANCELLATION POLICY
Effective Date: 01 APRIL 2024

1. Introduction
This Cancellation Policy sets forth the terms governing the cancellation of services offered by Griffin Consultancy - A unit of Reliserve Corp Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “the Consultant”). By engaging with the Consultant, the client (“the Client”) agrees to comply with the provisions outlined below.

2. Lock-in and Refund Terms

Lock-in Period: Upon commencement of services, the Client agrees to a mandatory lock-in period of three (3) months, during which cancellations are not permitted.

No Refund Clause: All payments made are non-refundable. No refunds shall be issued under any circumstances once the services are contracted and payment is received.

3. Cancellation After Lock-in Period

Notice Requirement: Cancellations post the lock-in period require a 30-day prior written notice from the Client.

Service Continuity: Services will continue, and associated fees will remain chargeable during this 30-day notice window. The Client shall be liable for any applicable charges during this period.

4. Consultant-Initiated Cancellations

Force Majeure or Emergencies: The Consultant reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services in the event of unavoidable situations such as illness, emergencies, or unforeseen events. The Client will be informed promptly in such cases.

Client Misconduct or Breach: Should the Client violate the terms of engagement or engage in any conduct deemed inappropriate or detrimental, the Consultant may terminate services immediately without any refund.

5. Rescheduling Provisions

Client-Initiated Rescheduling: Clients may request rescheduling of services at least 30 days in advance, provided the request is made after the initial three-month lock-in period. No additional fees shall apply in such cases.

Consultant-Initiated Rescheduling: The Consultant will endeavor to accommodate the Client’s preferred schedule. If rescheduling is not feasible, the Consultant will inform the Client and adjust the services accordingly.

6. Dispute Resolution and Appeals

Raising Disputes: Any disputes related to cancellations or service quality must be submitted to the consultant in writing within 14 days of the event. A response will be provided within 14 days of receipt.

Appeals Process: If dissatisfied with the resolution, the client may file a written appeal within 7 days of receiving the consultant’s response. The appeal will be reviewed by senior management, and a final decision will be issued within 14 days.

7. Policy Amendments
Griffin Consultancy reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Clients will be notified of such changes in writing, with amendments becoming effective 30 days from the date of notification.
By engaging the services of Griffin Consultancy—a unit of Reliserve Corp Private Limited—the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Cancellation Policy.
