REFUND POLICY

1. Introduction

 

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which Griffin Consultancy – a unit of Reliserve Corp Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “the Consultant”) addresses refund requests related to services rendered to its clients (hereinafter referred to as “the Client”). By engaging the Consultant’s services, the Client agrees to abide by the terms set forth in this policy.

 

 

2. No Refund Policy

 

  • Non-Refundable Services: The consultant follows a strict no-refund policy. Once a service engagement is confirmed and payment is received, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

 

 

3. Service Standards and Client Satisfaction

 

  • Commitment to Excellence: The Consultant is dedicated to delivering services of the highest standard tailored to meet the Client’s requirements.

  • Addressing Concerns: Clients are encouraged to promptly report any concerns or dissatisfaction regarding the services provided. The consultant will strive to address and resolve such concerns efficiently and in good faith.

 

 

4. Dispute Resolution and Appeals

 

  • Raising a Dispute: Any service-related disputes must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the issue arising. The Consultant will evaluate the concern and respond within 14 days.

  • Appeal Process: If the client is not satisfied with the outcome, they may file a written appeal within 7 days of receiving the Consultant’s response. A senior manager will review the appeal and communicate a final decision within 14 days.

 

 

5. Policy Updates

 

Griffin Consultancy reserves the right to revise or amend this Refund Policy at its discretion. Any updates will be shared with the Client in writing and will become effective 30 days after such notification.

 

By availing the services of Griffin Consultancy—a unit of Reliserve Corp Private Limited—the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
